The Kingdom of God is like two potters

The Kingdom of God is like;

The tale of two potters.

     The first expertly spins the clay vessel and fires it. Upon taking it from the kiln, he holds it up to the sunlight to examine for flaws and cracks. Seeing the cracks, he discards the vessel as useless.

     The second expertly spins the clay vessel and fires it. Upon taking it from the kiln, he holds it up to the sunlight to examine for flaws and cracks. Seeing the cracks, he fills the vessel with rare, priceless oil and the vessel is transformed, useful and beautiful! The potter smiles . . .

Which of these potters has the character of a Kingdom Citizen? How so?
