Nika was one of 15 children and her father was a prominent pastor.  Years of sexual abuse as a child turned her against the church and against God.  She got married and had two children, but was devastated when her husband was unfaithful and wanted to leave the marriage.  Nika was completely broken, and tried to end her life.  It was a miracle she survived, but she woke up a month later still very much broken.  She had read the Bible several times in her life, but later that year God spoke to her and asked her to try reading the Bible again, only this time with Him as her guide.   She listened to God, and it saved her life.  Over the next three months the old Nika died and she was reborn as a new creation in Christ.  She found the true peace and hope that only God can provide.
