What does it mean to be a co-heir with Christ? Most of us have heard that we're "children of God," but do we actually understand what that inheritance looks like? In this episode, Dave Scherrer picks up where the last two Kingdom Offerings episodes left off — our status as children of God — and follows it to its stunning conclusion: we are co-heirs with Jesus. In the first century, adoption into a royal family was not symbolic. It was legal, binding, and complete. The adopted child received the same name, the same rights, and the same inheritance as the blood children. God set aside the bloodline requirement and opened His royal family to everyone — Jew and Gentile alike. But here's the part that matters most: God didn't give you a royal inheritance so you'd sit quietly in the corner. He gave it so you'd step into your calling with confidence and purpose.
