So I'm grateful I've heard from a few of you these past couple of weeks regarding my story that I posted here on Kingdom Offerings called The Vase. I actually wrote that story about 10 years ago when I was just in the dreaming stage about starting this ministry and hoping to come up with some fresh new ideas to communicate the ancient, deep, rich kingdom truths that I think we sometimes lose sight of. I think sometimes the eyes of our hearts have trouble seeing what is right in front of us. Our acts of kindness, done in the name of Jesus, with the purpose of serving and blessing others also serve to lay aside treasures in heaven that glorify and exalt our King. This constitutes the kingdom coming on earth as it is in heaven - we become the answer to the Lord’s prayer.
God's economy of spiritual profit, which He's interested in, is not based on anything that has a worldly value associated with it.
